🧭 How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these simple steps inside the BigMart app:

• Open the BigMart app on your phone
• Tap on the Menu or Profile icon
• Select Delete Account
• Enter your password to confirm deletion
• Tap Delete Account button

After confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted from our system.

🔐 What Happens to Your Data?

• All personal data such as name, email, address, and order history will be permanently deleted
• Login credentials and account settings will be erased
• Your account will no longer be recoverable

📌 Retention Policy

No user data is retained after account deletion. Some transactional or audit logs may be retained temporarily only if required by law, after which they are automatically purged.
